Coconut laddoo Recipe

Hello friends...today I will tell you how to make COCONUT LADDOO at home. Coconut laddoos are very much liked among sweets. You can make it on any occassion like Diwali festival, birthday party etc.

INGREDIENTS OF RECIPE:

Desiccated coconut - 1.5 cup
Condense milk - 150 gm
Butter or desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

PROCESS OF MAKING:

• In a pan, add butter and condense milk. Mix it well.
• Now, add 1 cup desiccated coconut, cocoa powder(you can omit this if you don't have it or don't want to use it ), cardamom powder and vanilla essence.
• Keep aside half cup of desiccated coconut for coating laddoos.
• Mix it for 15 minutes to form a normal dough.
• Now, grease your palm with ghee and take small dough to form round shape laddoos or balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
• Make rest of the laddoos like this. You can make peda also if you don't want to give it ball shape or any othershape which you like it.
• You can store it in refrigerator for more than 10 days.
• Serve these Coconut Laddoos with your loved ones.

Tips : Use always fresh desiccated coconut. It will keep your laddoos fresh for longer time.
